Bobby Staten III is a cultivator - hardwired with a gift for carefully crafting and guiding concepts through to fruition. As Principal Solutions Architect of Appleseed Consulting, Bobby leads Appleseed in partnering with businesses to promote healthy growth through the implementation of sustainable solutions.
He has over 15 years of experience in driving business value through solution delivery for customers. His broad array of experience enables him to approach problem-solving with a unique perspective, rooted in industry best practices. His expertise spans several industries: consumer goods, pharmaceutical, music, distribution & logistics, and non-profit. Over the years, Bobby's efforts have increased cost savings by millions for customers, which has positioned him as a sought-after resource for performance improvement.
When he's not working, Bobby finds fulfillment in serving at his church and testing out new methods on his journey to becoming the next Pit Master. Hobbies aside, Bobby finds his greatest fulfillment in being husband to Tiffany, father to Christian and caretaker of the family dog, Remy

An engineer by trade, Bobby leverages his analytical and design prowess to bolster operations for the Appleseed team. He has governance over all internal systems and protocols. In addition, he adds value for our customers by offering insights gained over his 30 year tenure at IBM; 20 of which were project management focused. His experience in the technology industry is rooted in best practice and spans various management functions. A mentor to many, Bobby’s passion for coaching has helped several of Fortune 500’s best and brightest to navigate the waters of Corporate America and thrive in their respective disciplines. .
Tiffany has over 10 years of Human Capital Management experience spanning operation services to consulting on global system deployments. Before joining Appleseed, Tiffany spent 6 years as a Principal Consultant & Lead Architect in the Workday ecosystem – a leading SaaS-based Human Resources, Payroll and Financials platform.
Transitioning her passions into the talent development space, Tiffany also served as a Program Manager for Early Career Talent Development. She has honed her skills in deploying leadership & technical development programs, developing retention strategies, and driving growth through effective campus recruiting. An award-winning consultnat, Tiffany’s diversified experiences have equipped her to lead people and program management efforts with effectiveness and expertise.
Customer Care Specialist
Brittany, a licensed Therapist currently under the supervision of an LCSW, has worked in multiple settings that address life transitions for adults, women, and children. Her experience also includes counseling individuals with an extensive history of complex trauma, severe mental illness, depression, anxiety, and intellectual & developmental disabilities. Through her engagements, she creates safe, inviting atmospheres that foster support, guidance, and lend a listening ear.
Jade Fryer is a rising junior Management student at Florida A&M University from Powder Springs, GA. Jade holds and has held several leadership positions on campus, including the Director of Creative Design for SBIconic, the Activities Committee Chair for the Sophomore Class Cabinet, and Co-Art Director for Journey Magazine. Jade also holds chair positions as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Despite managing several positions, Jade takes great pride in maintaining her 3.86 GPA. She is dedicated to scholastic achievement, leadership, and serving the community.
In her free time, Jade enjoys volunteering at the Boys and Girls Clubs of both the Big Bend and Metro Atlanta.
